Bujinkan-Ninjutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art which has evolved into an modern and practical form of self defense.

Students co-ordinate technique, balance and body movement to defend themselves from both unarmed and armed encounters. Strength and agility are not prime requirements so this is an ideal self defence for men and women of all fitness levels.

This seminar took place in UCD sports center this year (2012) that I have attended, and had pleasure to participate. I won’t go into details, as it’s hard to explain, you have to try it, to understand 🙂 Feel free to go through some photos & videos I took on that day.
